Return and Refund Policy

Because our medals and awards are custom-made to each customer’s approved specifications, personalized products are generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund once the final design proof has been approved and production has begun.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details shown in the digital proof, including spelling, dates, names, logos, colours, dimensions and quantities. Production will begin only after approval is received. Pacific Podium Awards LTD. is not responsible for errors that were included in an approved proof.

Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations may be possible before final design approval and production. Once production has begun, the order cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may repair, reproduce or replace the affected products, or provide an appropriate refund. Please do not return any products before receiving return instructions from us.

Colour and Production Variations

Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the finished product. Minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions and placement may occur during custom manufacturing and are not normally considered defects.

Shipping Issues

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the package appears damaged, keep the original packaging and contact us promptly with photographs. For missing or delayed shipments, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
