Shipping Policy

Pacific Podium Awards LTD. provides custom-made medals, awards and recognition products. Because every order is produced according to the customer’s approved design, production and delivery timelines vary by product, quantity and customization requirements.

Production Time

Production begins after:

  • The final design proof has been approved
  • All order details have been confirmed
  • The required payment has been received

An estimated production timeline will be provided with your quotation or order confirmation. Changes requested after approval may affect the completion date.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from production time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers should provide the correct event date when requesting a quote so that we can recommend a suitable production and shipping schedule.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, package size, weight and delivery method. The shipping charge will be included in the quotation or confirmed before the order is finalized.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has shipped.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot normally be changed after the package has been shipped.

Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with the order number and photographs when applicable. We will assist with the carrier investigation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please retain all original packaging for damaged shipments.
